  • United Kingdom, Canada & Australia: Typically delivered within 3 - 6 business days after shipping.
  • International: Delivery time can vary, but generally takes 7 - 30 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance process.

Q: Why do embroidered items take longer than printed items?
A: Embroidery is built stitch-by-stitch and needs extra setup and finishing (digitizing, threading, trimming), while printing is usually one quick pass. Those added steps can add a few days to production and shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide. The delivery times may vary by region.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your delivery.
