- Wrong item delivered (wrong size, color, or design).
- Product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching issues, print errors).
- Item damaged during shipping.
- Missing or incorrect items in your order.
❌ Not Eligible
- Wrong size or color ordered by the customer.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Returns after the allowed time frame.
Conditions
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Unboxing video or clear photos are required as proof.
Process
