  • Wrong item delivered (wrong size, color, or design).
  • Product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching issues, print errors).
  • Item damaged during shipping.
  • Missing or incorrect items in your order.

Not Eligible

  • Wrong size or color ordered by the customer.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Returns after the allowed time frame.

Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Unboxing video or clear photos are required as proof.

Process

2. Once approved, return the product to the provided address.

3. After inspection, we will process:

  • Replacement (if available), or
  • Refund to your original payment method.
