Return & Refund

At Noir Odyssey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

⭐ Return & Refund Window

  • You can request a return or refund within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.
  • After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a return or refund.
  • We will not accept returns or refunds for size issues or change of mind. If you ordered the wrong size or color, please contact us - in many cases we can offer a discounted re-order for the correct size as a courtesy.

βœ… Eligible for Return & Refund

  • Wrong item delivered (wrong size, color, or design).
  • Product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching issues, print errors).
  • Item damaged during shipping.
  • Missing or incorrect items in your order.

❌ Not Eligible

  • Wrong size or color ordered by the customer.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • Returns after the allowed time frame.

Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn outside of trying it on.
  • Item must be in original condition, with no stains, marks, smells, or damage.
  • If applicable, tags and packaging should still be intact.
  • Clear photos of the issue are required as proof so we can quickly review your case. An unboxing video is very helpful if available, but it’s not mandatory.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Process

1. Contact us via [Facebook/Instagram DM / Email] with your order details and evidence.

2. After we review your request (and, if needed, inspect the item based on the photos or a return), we will process:

  • Replacement (if available), or
  • Refund to your original payment method.
