And, Because we want you to be able to choose the ideal product type, color, and size to complement each of your favorite designs, we print your items only after you place the order; real people hand-print your order, and the printing takes about 1–3 business days before we ship.
Below you’ll find important details regarding our production and shipping timelines:
Production Time
- Average Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Once your order is placed, our team will begin production promptly. Each item is crafted with high-quality standards to ensure you receive the best product possible. - For items currently in stock, we will ship your order immediately after it is placed, ensuring the fastest delivery possible.
* Please note that during peak periods such as major holidays or sales events, production times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Shipping Time
After your order has been produced and packaged, it will be shipped based on the destination:
- Domestic (USA): Typically delivered within 2–5 business days after shipping.
- Canada: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days after shipping.
- International: Delivery time can vary, but generally takes 10–30 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance process.
- Asia Fulfillment: Some products ship from Asia and take 7–15 business days to reach the US (longer for other regions). This will always be clearly noted on the product page.
* Please keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs delays, local postal services, or unexpected disruptions.

- All timeframes mentioned above are business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress.
- If an item requires production time, it will be clearly stated in the Process & Shipping section of that specific product page.
- For products that can be shipped immediately, there will be no production time listed on the product page.

** Please note: Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping charges.
Order Tracking Link
You should have received an email with a confirmation receipt when you placed your order, and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link in that email and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information.
If you didn’t receive a tracking confirmation, check your email spam folder. Sometimes our emails get sent to the spam folder accidentally. If it is not there, contact customer support:
