Process & Delivery

We strive to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. To ensure quality and efficiency, we operate fulfillment centers in the United States, allowing us to serve customers worldwide.


Because we want you to be able to choose the ideal product type, color, and size to complement each of your favorite designs, we produce your items only after you place the order: real people hand-print your order and, for products with embroidered details, carefully finish the meticulous stitching. Production typically takes about 1 - 3 business days before we ship.

Below you’ll find important details regarding our production and shipping timelines for both printed and embroidered product:

Production Time

  • Average Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days. Once your order is placed, our team will begin production promptly. Each item is crafted with high quality standards to ensure you receive the best product possible.
  • For items currently in stock, we will ship your order immediately after it is placed, ensuring the fastest delivery possible.

* Please note that during peak periods such as major holidays or sales events, production times may be slightly longer due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these times.

Shipping Time

After your order has been produced and packaged, it will be shipped based on the destination:

For Print Products:

  • Domestic (USA): Typically delivered within 2 - 5 business days after shipping.
  • United Kingdom, Canada & Australia: Typically delivered within 3 - 6 business days after shipping.
  • International: Delivery time can vary, but generally takes 7 - 30 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance process.

* Please keep in mind that these timeframes are estimates (deliveries may sometimes arrive sooner than expected) and can be affected by factors beyond our control such as customs delays, local postal services, or unexpected disruptions.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping costs are estimated and may vary depending on product type and destination.

For US orders:

  • T-Shirts: $4.75
  • Sweatshirts & Hoodies: $8.5

For International orders:

  • Shipping rates vary by product and destination
  • In some regions (such as the UK), shipping may start from as low as $3.49, while most destinations typically start from $6.39.

The exact shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

We also offer free shipping on orders over $60

Taxes & Duties

  • Depending on your location, applicable taxes or import duties may be added at checkout.
  • These charges are determined by local regulations and are not included in the product price.

Additional Notes

  • Production time is measured in business days (Monday - Friday), while shipping time includes weekends.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress.
  • If an item requires production time, it will be clearly stated in the Process & Shipping section of that specific product page.
  • For products that can be shipped immediately, there will be no production time listed on the product page.

** Please note: Shipping costs are final and non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping charges.

Order Tracking Link

You should have received an email with a confirmation receipt when you placed your order, and another email with a tracking link when your order was shipped. Simply click on the tracking link in that email and you will be automatically redirected to the tracking information.

If you didn’t receive a tracking confirmation, check your email spam folder. Sometimes our emails get sent to the spam folder accidentally. If it is not there, contact customer support:

  • Email anytime and we will get back to you within one business day.
